ONLY PAY EMI PAYMENT PLAN

Stage	Payment
On Booking	Application From 3000/-
1st month to 9th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC)
10th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC) + 30% of (DC)
11th to 19th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC)
20th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC) + 30% of (DC)
21ST to 29th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC)
30th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC) + 20% of (DC)
31ST to 39th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC)
40th month	2.5% of (BSP + PLC) + 20% of (DC)

PLC( preferential location charges ):- PLC charges applicable on all Corner Plots, Two Sides Plots & Main Road Plots for 10% of BSP
BSP :- Basic Sale Price.
DC( Development Charges ):- Rs/- 600 per Square Yards Applicable for all Plots.

All Payments Shall be made in the name of “DRS HOMES” payable at Delhi.
